Do you do commission pieces? |
Sadly, we cannot take commissions at this time. Demands in keeping up production of our normal products and developing new products takes up too much of our time. |

How clear is the 'Clear Resin'? |
The product we use is optically clear resin. It shoudn't have any tint at all to it.
However, the surface of the piece may have the appearance that the surface is frosted. This is because the molds aren't perfectly flat and causes it makes it appear to be frosted. You can give it a clear gloss wash and it will clear up the frosting effect. |

How long will it take to get my stuff after I order? |
We ship orders within 5 business days (usually quicker than that). The exact time it takes to get your stuff will depend on where you are in the world and the post office. |

I have a great idea for a new product. Can you make it? |
If you have a suggestion for a new product use our contact form to send us your suggestions.
While we love suggestions (several of our products came from customer suggestions) we can't guarantee that we can produce your suggestion. There is also the matter of practiality of mass producing items. Some ideas are great and pieces look awesome but aren't practical to cast in large amounts. |

What do you mean 'resin with filler'? How does that affect the final piece? |
When possible for large pieces we mix a filler with our resin. This makes the piece lighter and greatly reduces our costs which we pass on to you in a lower sale price. The final piece should be just as durable as normal resin for game play. |

What material are your products made out of? |
Our products are all made from resin of one kind or another. Some items are cast in pure resin and some have filler mixed in. We also will be offering pieces in a flexible 'semi-rigid' resin that is more like rubber than resin (but it's still a form of resin) and a clear resin. |
